What is Hotglue?

Unlike other web development tools such as Dreamweaver and Text Wrangler, Hotglue is actually a freeware web application that allows the user to use the interface in a more simplistic way such as selecting icons to upload files (e.g. videos, images etc), linking to other pages, adding text and changing colours without need of coding.
